The Details Matter

It’s no secret; the details matter when you’re painting, no matter what the project is. It’s for this reason that you can always tell when a job is done poorly or haphazardly. If you’ve ever tried to tackle an interior painting project on your own, you may understand that without the proper planning or thought, the finished product doesn’t turn out quite right. Our expert PaintPositive team has a thorough process involving prep work so detailed that the finished product is clean and seamless.

We start our process with extensive preparations and painting methods to ensure that your home looks even better than it did before we started. The devil is always in the details, and it’s our job to take care of it so you don’t have to! Learn about the extensive preparations and practices we implement into our painting process:

Removing Any Dirt or Debris

Every surface in your home is bound to accumulate dust, dirt, and debris; yes, even your walls! This is why we make sure to thoroughly inspect and remove anything that might cause problems under dried paint

We make sure your walls and trim are as smooth as possible before we start applying. This means patching and caulking any areas on the wall surface that may show any signs of wear or damage.

Taping and Protecting

One of the most important parts of our process is our extensive protection methods. We ensure that all areas that need to be protected are taped and that the floor is covered with cardboard and any furniture has protective plastic over it. No drips, no drama.

The Painting

We make sure to first go in with a primer so that your paint sticks to the surface and lasts longer, giving it a finished, clean look. Then we bust out our state-of-the-art spraying equipment to ensure the evenest coats of paint possible.

Final Coat and Touch-ups

Lastly, we apply our final coat to finish the product. We inspect all areas to ensure there are no imperfections and that your furniture and home are left right where they were before. Our biggest hope is that you enjoy the outcome of our services. (But we guarantee that you will!)
